Edwardo Rosario (Past Speaker)

Special Agent Edwardo Rosario has worked with the Department of Homeland Security and its predecessor, the U.S. Custom Service since 2002.  Special Agent Rosario worked as a uniformed officer in the Port of Delaware examining cargo and persons arriving to the U.S. alongside inspectors from other state and federal agencies including the USDA.  As a Criminal Investigator, Special Agent Rosario has worked throughout the United States, in Mexico and in the Dominican Republic as part of a multi-agency alliance to combat transnational criminal organizations.
