Mark Haskins (Past Speaker)

Mark Haskins is a retired NYS Narcotics Investigator who spent the vast majority of his career investigating AAS, PED’s and prescription drug abuse. He has lectured extensively on the subject and continues to consult with various groups, pharmacists and medical professionals regarding this problem. Mark has appeared in Sports Illustrated, ESPN The New York Times, The N.J. Star-Register, The Times Union, Yahoo Sports and most recently in the New York Daily News. Mark gave testimony to the Mitchell Commission’s Report on Baseball and appears in the report. Currently, Mark is the Assistant Branch Chief for Investigations with the USDA and a Ph.D. Candidate at Nova Southeastern University, finishing his research and dissertation on the Opioid Epidemic.
